Recreate the spirit of Verbier with these exclusive cocktail recipes 

Verbier & Tonic

  • 50ml Verbier Gin

  • 150ml Fever Tree Light Tonic

  • Ice

  • Sprig of Thyme

Steps

  1. Pour the gin into a large bowl style glass ¾ filled with ice.

  2. Top with tonic and gently stir

  3. Garnish with sprig of fresh thyme, gently rubbed between your palms to release the essential oils.

The Verbier Spritz

  • 35ml Verbier Gin

  • 25ml Morand ‘Spritz’ Sirop

  • 100ml Prosecco

  • 50ml Fever Tree Blood orange soda (or plain soda)

  • Ice

  • Wedge of Pink Grapefruit

Steps    

  1. Pour the Gin & sirop into a large wine style glass

  2. Add prosecco and gently stir

  3. Add ice leaving space at the top of the glass

  4. Top with blood orange soda

  5. Add slice of Pink Grapefruit and enjoy!   

Myrtille Fizz

  • 35ml Verbier Gin

  • 35ml Monin Blueberry Sirop

  • 35ml Morand Citron Vert Sirop

  • Sparkling mineral water

  • Fresh blueberries and mint

  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour Verbier Gin, blueberry sirop & cirton vert sirop into a hi-ball glass

  2. Gently stir

  3. Fill glass with ice

  4. Top with mineral water

  5. Garnish with blueberries and sprig of mint

The Bec Negroni

  • 50ml Verbier Gin

  • 50ml Si-on Vermouth Suisse Rouge

  • 50ml Campari

  • Dried Orange slice

  • Ice

Steps    

  1. Fill a low ball glass with ice

  2. Pour over Verbier Gin, Vermouth and Campari

  3. Stir slowly

  4. Garnish with dried orange slice
